“My involvement in a local social activity back in 2012 has conceived my idea for Xinvest’s exciting journey. Many peers in the group have asked me for opinions on their home extension or first-hand sub-division block of land. More unknown people have contacted me for my advice. It has been undeniably time-consuming at times. Despite that, whenever people rang me up, I went on and on about tips and information. I’ve enjoyed every conversation with them. Knowing that they could finally settle a building dispute, select the right flooring materials, or engage the right consultant for their project, I’ve felt so honoured. My industry knowledge and experience have become useful to the community beyond my daily job! It was time to give something back!”
And over twenty years of finely honing skills and competencies, Chris, our founder, has positioned Xinvest to precisely meet such demand for trusted advice. A young firm made up of built environment cost specialists was formed in July 2014. The firm’s name, derived from Chris’ aspiration for ‘Excellent Investments’, embodied an ‘X’ for ‘Excellent’ and the ‘Invest’ for ‘Investments’. The team continues to leverage their quantity surveying expertise to deliver greater impacts and value to the clients and communities.
