The transformation of Maclean Civic Hall is the first stage of Clarence Valley Council’s River Street Community Precinct Revitalisation. Designed as a cultural hub for the region, the redevelopment will feature a 300-seat auditorium, flexible meeting rooms, a forecourt amphitheatre, and enhanced community facilities that embrace views of the Clarence River.
